Mel established W2 Training in 1995. She has over 25 years' experience in the design, development and delivery of highly successful, award-winning training programmes in the fields of Behavioural Safety, Leadership, Cultural Change and Personal Development.
Mel's highly supportive and motivational style has made her the 'trainer of choice' for many multinational companies.

Mike Kean - Learning Facilitator
Mike joined the team in 2005 and is a highly capable trainer and facilitator, with extensive and successful experience in the design and implementation of training and personal development projects.
Mike has a keen interest in organisational leadership and HR at all levels. In addition, he has an excellent understanding of engineering and industrial psychology. Mike is the team's Creative Director and brings great knowledge and commitment to his delivery.

Chris Whitehead - Learning Facilitator
Chris joined us in 2004 as an experienced coach and professional trainer of teams, with a highly inclusive style. He has more than 15 years' experience in designing, developing and delivering change interventions. Prior to this, Chris had 10 years' senior management experience in Supply Chain Management.
Chris offers specific expertise in Facilitation and Change Management.

Kevin Heneghan - Learning Facilitator
Kevin has been a valued member of our team since 2003 and is highly experienced in the areas of Leadership, Organisational Development, Facilitation Methods, Information and Communication Technologies and Marketing.
Kevin has delivered Behavioural Safety and Training programmes across Europe and Africa and brings a direct and engaging style to delegates.
He is our fount of wisdom when it comes to technology!

Richard Lloyd - Learning Facilitator
Richard has worked with W2 since 2005 and is a seasoned trainer, facilitator, consultant and manager, who has worked across a wide range of industries and market sectors. He has a wealth of knowledge derived from his considerable operational experience.
Richard's key focus is to help people and organisations achieve improved performance in whatever sphere is important to them. He brings great wisdom to the team and the people he works with.

Angus Crockett - Learning Facilitator
A more recent recruit to our team in 2008, Angus is a highly qualified and skilled Learning & Development Consultant, with extensive experience of designing and delivering challenging Change programmes. He is confident in facilitating, designing and delivering training and understands the issues facing today's business leaders.
Angus has international experience both as a consultant and as HR Manager with Rolls-Royce Plc.

Andrew Burton - Learning Facilitator
Andrew is one of longest serving team members having worked with us since 2002. He delivers Culture Change management, HSE, marketing and HR consultancy support, primarily within the Oil & Gas industry. His knowledge of that area is immense.
Andrew has a background in adult education and has worked as a lecturer within the Faculty of Management, Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen

Arthur Lloyd - Learning Facilitator
Arthur joined W2 in 2008, following a successful career both as a consultant and as a Senior Sales Training & Development Manager with Scottish Widows, heading up a team of dedicated technical and skills' trainers. He received the accolade of Sales Trainer of the Year at the Institute of Professional Sales Awards in 2003.
Arthur's main area of expertise is soft skills training, including sales skills; team building & leadership, and he has an established reputation as a motivational speaker.
His gift to our team is boundless energy, positivity and enthusiasm for life and the projects he is involved in.

Sheena Miller - Learning Facilitator
Sheena commenced working with W2 in 2008. Her main areas of expertise lie in facilitation and delivery of management development and Cultural Change programmes.
Being based near Aberdeen, Sheena has worked extensively within the Oil & Gas industry in the design and implementation of Behavioural Safety training.

Caroline Dingwall - Client Services Manager
Caroline is the most recent member of our team; joining in May 2011. Her newly created role is to understand the training and business requirements of both existing and potential clients, and to highlight the range of services W2 has developed to support their clients' needs.
Prior to joining W2, Caroline worked in Marketing, in both the private and public sectors.

Sue Vessey - Company Administrator
Sue joined W2 in 2004, assisting with course adminstration and development. Since then, her role has grown to encompass financial reporting and management.
Sue's background is Human Resources, having held the position of HR Director within investment banking, both in the UK and overseas.
