What is it?

  • Coaching facilitates the unlocking of a person’s potential to maximise their own performance.  It helps individuals to learn for themselves rather than purely being taught
  • Coaching will help people to be come aware of, and take control of, their own power and potential
  • Coaching will help clarify, and then achieve, peoples’ goals and those of the organisation

How do we coach?

  • Agree goals and the commitment to the coaching sessions
  • Gain agreement of the partnership, expectations, schedules and preparation
  • Research into current situation, strengths, weaknesses and self-assessment
  • Typically 1 hour coaching sessions, on a weekly basis, face to face or by telephone
  • Quarterly review and evaluation of progress.
